FIRE RESISTANT
PANELS

The fire resistance class of polyurethane, which is a highly flammable substance, is B3.
It ignites quickly even with the help of a small flame source and continues to burn even after contact with the fire source is lost.
Over time, with the use of non-flammable additives tailored to needs, it was upgraded to class B2 of non-flammability. In order to minimize the fire effects, products above the non-flammability class B2 are required. A new macromolecular structure called polyisocyanurate (PIR) is formed, allowing isocyanate, one of the main components of polyurethane foam, to react with other isocyanate molecules such as itself.
It is in flammability class B s1 d0 (TS-EN 13501-1).
The coefficient of thermal conductivity is very low. (λ = 0.020-0.022 W / mK)
Its resistance to fire is high.
Flammability and smoke formation are very low compared to PUR.
Provides thermal insulation, air and water.
Due to changes in its structure, it breaks off contact with oxygen and therefore does not ignite.
As it does not contain any carcinogens, it can be safely used in the healthcare and food industries.
